Privacy, Security & Legal Caraphora is a home health documentation workflow tool that helps nurses turn photographed visit sheets into organized QC pages for nurse review. Caraphora is designed with privacy-conscious processing. Patient-identifying portions of visit sheets are handled locally before cloud processing, and the identifying portion of the visit sheet remains on the user’s PC. Caraphora is designed to support a careful review workflow. Nurses review QC pages and any documentation prepared from those QC pages before relying on or submitting information. The nurse or agency remains responsible for clinical accuracy, completeness, compliance with agency procedures, and final documentation decisions. Privacy Policy Caraphora takes privacy seriously. Users remain responsible for reviewing and confirming QC information before relying on it and for addressing any items identified by the workflow monitor as requiring additional review. HIPAA / Business Associate Information Caraphora is designed for use in home health documentation workflows where healthcare privacy requirements may apply. Business Associate information and related customer documentation are available for agency review during onboarding.
